Get Fit & Healthy for 2022 : Love the history of the Mediterranean Diet. Everything is all carved out for you, even desserts and an occasional glass of wine. The Mediterranean Diet is a lifestyle that is healthy. This cookbook is truly a great resource. Healthy tasty meals that are satisfying. The recipes are easy to follow. There's a huge breakfast section and I love it. Switch out a meal here and there until you can completely committ. Eating this way will promote longevity. Ann Hale delivers a great variety of foods.

BEWARE! DON'T LET THE STARS FOOL YOU! : I'm VERY disappointed with this book! Right off the bat, very small print and no pictures AT ALL. The cover says "28 day meal planner", however, the book only has a "21 day meal planner". The recipes in the meal planner don't even have page numbers to find them. When you look them up in the index, they're not even on the right page. The book doesn't include a "shopping list" to help a "BEGINNER" get started with the Mediterranean Diet. I'm returning this book and purchasing something that will actually help me!!

So many recipes : The Mediterranean diet contains a wide variety of foods that can be eaten. This book contains so many recipes, so even if somethings don’t sound good others should. There is also a 21 day meal plan included that will help you with starting and sticking to the diet.
